  Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) is Powerful tool for designing and presenting analytic data graphically. 

	Pros-  HFR
1	Design Traditional Financial Report Formats: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
2	Regular Reports: HFR is a great tool for producing Regular Reports, like a Monthly Reports.
3	Production Level Reports: It allows you to create production level Reports with a multitude of formatting options.
4	viewed in PDF or HTML format:  HFR reports can be viewed in PDF or HTML format, from a client component or over the web.
5	Books and Batch scheduled:  Reports can be gathered together in Books and batch scheduled to run at the frequency of your choosing, and then saved to a particular location or emailed out to a list of users.
6	Use for Regular Production Reporting:  such as operating expenses, Income statements, headcount from a Hyperion data source such as Essbase, Planning, or Financial Management.

	Cons-  HFR
1	Limited in its chart and Graph functionality.
2	HFR is not a tool for producing Dashboards.
3	Would not generally be used for Ad-hoc Reporting.
